Quote of the Day - Sunday

It is better to be prepared for an opportunity and not have one yet than to have an opportunity and not be prepared.  For the opportunity will eventually come and the ones prepared will shine.  - anon

With all the spring activities, it is a good time to check out all your scrap booking supplies and see what you need in the way of paper and embellishments for all your upcoming events.  If you don't have a current idea book please go to my website (click on the shopping cart at the bottom of the page) and on the right hand side of my home page is the icon of the new Idea Book.  Just click on it and check out every page.  Place your order online, right there on my website (on the left side of the home page: online shopping, sign in and away you go) and it will ship right to your door.

Quote of the Day - Friday

A keen sense of humor helps us to overlook the unbecoming, understand the unconventional, tolerate the unpleasant, overcome the unexpected, and outlast the unbearable.  - Billy Graham.

Well, if I could accomplish all of the above, I think maybe I'd be ready for sainthood.  But they are good goals, and would go a long way in making each day more pleasant for ourselves and others.  So starting tomorrow, I will try and label events in my life that fit the above categories, find a good joke that reminds me to laugh and get on with it.  The first one that will hit me is: overcome the unexpected.....when some scrap booking supply or picture is missing during my crop tomorrow.

Know any good jokes or funny thoughts....I'll take all the help I can...lol'

Have a wonderful weekend, and keep smiling.

Quote of the Day - Thursday

Well, I've missed several days.  I am so "bummed out" that my blog is somehow skewed and I can't add pictures, links, nothing.  I need a blog guru to figure out what I did.  Any volunteers???

Today's quote: Art enables us to find ourselves and loose ourselves at the same time.   -Thomas Merton

Happy scrapping!

Quote for the Day - Friday

Originality is not doing something no one else has ever done, but doing what has been done countless times before with new life, new breath.  - Marie Chapian

Today CTMH is putting new life and breath into helping the tragedies in Japan.  There is a new A stamp set with a value of $7.95 that you can purchase for $5.00 US.  100% of the profits will go the American Red Cross for efforts in Japan.  That is "Originality"  with creative life!

I am having a problem loading the stamp picture on my blog but if you go to the bottom of my blog you will find a link to Jeanette Lyton's blog, our CEO at CTMH and see her own words of Hope for Japan.

I hope then you will call me with your order, pass this idea onto your friends and call them all in or order online.  If you gather 10 orders, I will have a little gift just for you.

More over the week end.

Thanks for stopping by, come again soon.
